In January 2025, Waystar launched AltitudeAI™, a proprietary AI brand. 

To support this launch, I created the messaging system — connecting web, PR, video, sales enablement, and email into one cohesive narrative.

As content lead for the launch, the challenge was to make translate a complex, highly technical AI story into clear, compelling messaging across every major customer-facing channel. The result was a cohesive launch narrative that positioned AltitudeAI™ as more than a product feature — it became a platform-wide story about helping providers reach a higher level of productivity, precision, and performance.
